Backpacks and School Supplies PROVIDED to LEISD Students for a Successful School Year

What an amazing outpouring of generosity from our church family! Thanks to your incredible support, we were able to provide 60 backpacks for LEISD students: 30 for elementary, 15 for middle school, and 15 for high school! Through your donations to Dollar Day, we were able to purchase the backpacks, and with your generous contributions of school supplies, we packed each one with essentials like pencils, crayons, notebooks, glue sticks, headphones, and more. On August 9, the backpacks were delivered to LEISD, with Superintendent Mike Lamb there to express his heartfelt thanks. These backpacks were handed out at the LEISD Back to School Bash, and thanks to you, students are ready to hit the ground running this school year!
