I miss seeing all of my favorite little friends and their families each week. During this time of change, I want to walk alongside each of you as you worship together as a family and dive into God’s word each week. I want to encourage you to be intentional with the spiritual growth in your family, including your preschoolers. Their attention span may not be long, but this is the time where they soak up information like sponges. What better information to give them than God’s word? While so much seems to be changing on a daily basis, this may be a good time to introduce a schedule and routine for your preschooler during this extended time at home. Include them in your activities when you can. One thing I know for sure about my little friends is that they love to learn and try new things. They also love to be creative – stickers, playdoh and water paints are your friends. Even in this time of uncertainty, one thing that will never change is God’s love for us. May this time together grow each of you as you spend time with the Father. While we are not physically together at our church building, know that you are in my thoughts and that I am praying for you. Please let me know of any prayer requests that you and your family may have. It is an honor to pray for you.
In an effort to include your preschooler in your Sunday morning family worship activities, there is a link below with all of the material that your preschooler would have on a Sunday morning. I am so excited to be able to share this information with you. I love to watch their little faces as they learn about Jesus. Please let me know if you have any questions.
