Be There or Be Square

Be There or Be Square

A week. 7 days. 168 hours. 604,800 seconds. That’s a long time to go from Sunday to Sunday and being in God’s house together. I don’t know how I even make it some weeks! Fortunately, that is about to change. That’s right, our Fall semester is right around the corner. Mark those calendars and clear those schedules because starting September 6th we will get to be together in God’s house with God’s people during the week. Our Fall semester will run for 10 weeks and will have something for all ages.

Hebrews 10:24-25 tells us, “And let us consider one another in order to provoke love and good works, not neglecting to gather together, as some are in the habit of doing, but encouraging each other, and all the more as you see the day approaching.” Let’s embrace Wednesday nights as another opportunity to gather and learn God’s word, but also another opportunity to encourage each other and lift each other up. Let’s not struggle to get through each week alone, but together mid-week facing our obstacle together. Let’s give Wednesday nights to our children as a mid-week boost to get through the crazy they face each day. We can’t wait to see you on Wednesday nights in the Fall.
