A Blessed Time at the Little Elm ISD Back to School Bash

We were truly blessed to attend this year’s Little Elm ISD Back to School Bash! This annual event is such a valuable opportunity for families, students, and educators as they gear up for the new school year. It’s a day filled with excitement and preparation, designed to ensure that every student is ready to step into the classroom with confidence.

The event offered so many incredible resources, from free sports physicals to vaccinations, and school supplies for registered students in need. Families had the chance to meet teachers and staff, helping them feel more connected and comfortable before the year kicks off. The atmosphere was filled with excitement as local businesses and sponsors mingled with attendees, further strengthening community ties.

In addition to what the school provided, we were able to contribute small gifts as well. We handed out chip clips, wristbands engraved with “Give, Grow, Go,” candy, welcome cards, pens, and more. It was wonderful to connect with students and their families, and we felt truly privileged to invite so many people to church.

We want to give a special thank you to Jorge and Beatrice Rivas, Pastor Al Gaines, and Pastor Coby McCormick for their hard work in setting up and serving at the event. Their dedication and service helped make the day run smoothly, and we are so grateful for their willingness to serve the community with such kindness.

One of the highlights of the day was reconnecting with the teachers and staff. These dedicated educators are such a blessing to our community, and it was a joy to see their enthusiasm for the upcoming school year. We’re thankful for the opportunity to be part of this event and can’t wait to see how this year unfolds for everyone in Little Elm ISD!
