That’s amore! The people of CrossRidge Church showed up and hugely supported the student ministry and broke all previous records in the process. The Student Ministry’s Spaghetti Lunch and Basket Raffle raised $7,000. All the money raised goes to the Student Ministry and helps them pay for camp this summer.
Individuals and Life Teams donated baskets for the raffle, which contained gift cards, summer fun, date night and game night items, photo sessions, nerf guns, candy, popcorn, and so much more. All of the baskets were amazing.
Students served heaping piles of noodles, sauce, salad, rolls, cookies, and drinks on plates for everyone. A team of cooks prepared spaghetti, sauce, meat, rolls, and more for over 200 people. The church began to smell like an Italian restaurant as the food was prepared and set up for serving.
