If you think you got the best chili in town, this is your chance to prove it. John Wolfe has moved on, our champion slot has opened up, and there’s no more time for excuses. Break out your finest recipe and get the freshest ingredients you can to claim the crown.
If you like it hot, bring it. If you like it mild, bring it. If you like beans, bring it and start a controversy, because everybody in Texas knows beans don’t belong in chili. Some people are even preparing to put noodles in chili this year. We’re threatening to disqualify them already. Anyone can enter, but only some will survive.
