At CrossRidge Church we believe giving is a vital part of one’s spiritual formation and maturity. It is part of our everyday worship to Him and it requires two things of us:
Giving is an active expression of our faith. It recognizes God as our True Provider. It affirms our confidence in His ability to supply all I need. It is an act of gratitude and dependence and allows us to partner with God and His work through our church and in the world.
Giving requires the highest standard of personal integrity and discipline. It is not a casual or occasional thing. In 2 Corinthians 8-9, the Bible teaches us to give willingly, generously and cheerfully. Our giving pattern should reflect a regular and systematic plan. In Malachi 3:10, we learn God’s standard of the tithe—the first tenth being set apart in all of my earnings as a gift to God. Through our tithes and offerings, we prove faithful in the stewardship of all God has provided for us.
We welcome you to give whatever God has called you to, however God has called you to.
Different Ways to Give
Text-to-Give — NEW!
Text-to-Give lets you give via text message!
To get started, just text any dollar amount to 84321 to give and then follow a quick, self-guided setup process to tie your mobile phone to our church, your church donor account and a payment source. After that, donating is as easy as sending a text.
During a regular Sunday service, we take up an offering at the end of the service. You can place your tithes and offerings in any of the plates which are passed down each row. If you have filled out a Communication Card or Prayer Card you can place that in the plate as well. You can also place your tithe or gift in the offering box during one our weekly services.
You may drop off your tithes and offerings to the church office during regular business hours or you can mail it to our address below.

CrossRidge Church has online giving available to those who desire to use it. CrossRidge strongly teaches that living “debt free” is a worthy goal for all Christians. We offer online giving only as a convenience and not as a way to circumvent sound biblical money management principles or in any way to incur debt. Users of online giving are responsible for setting up and controlling their online giving options themselves. They can designate where their giving goes and the frequency in which they give. They will be able to constantly track their online giving by logging in and viewing their history.
- Why do I have to get an email each time I want to access the online giving system?
Over the past several years more and more systems and personal accounts are being hacked because of weak passwords or because people reuse the same password on multiple sites. Some major sites are starting to switch over to using different systems instead of passwords such as an app on your phone. By using email we reduce the risk of someone hacking your account using either of these methods.
- Can I schedule recurring donations?
Yes, if you use online giving you can specify whether you want your contribution made one time, weekly, twice per month, monthly, quarterly, or yearly. You can set up as many schedules as you would like, so it is possible to give a monthly gift as well as a weekly one.
- Will I receive a contribution statement?
Each January we will email out the previous year’s contribution statement to the email address we have on file for you. If we do not have an email address for you, we will send a paper copy to your physical address.
- What if I change bank accounts or want to adjust the date or amount of my online contribution?
You can edit or delete a scheduled contribution at any time, including your bank information, date, frequency and amount by logging into our online system.
- Is online giving safe?
We’ve taken steps to ensure that the giving process is safe and secure from beginning to end. All of your giving data is secured with encryption. It is the same technology used by banks and e-commerce companies such as Amazon.com to keep your information safe and secure during transactions.
- Are there any fees for online giving?
There are no fees to you. A cost is incurred to the church in giving whether someone writes a check, gives cash, or uses our online system. With our online system, we do pay a nominal fee for each transaction, however, you still get credit for the total amount you give. Setting up an ACH transfer through our online system is the easiest and least expensive method of giving to CrossRidge.
- Who do I talk to if I have more questions?
Contact George Bewley and he’ll be glad to answer any other questions you may have.
